1. Program Interruption

• Accident-Related Interruptions: OTRA will not be held responsible if the program is interrupted or halted due to any accidents or unforeseen events beyond our control.

2. Organizer’s Responsibilities

• Accommodation and Food: The Organizer is required to provide appropriate accommodation and meals for the dance troupe.
• House for Decoration: A designated house or space for decoration and preparation must be arranged by the Organizer.

3. Program Location and Duration

• Distance Limitation: The location of the event must be within a 1.5 km radius from the starting point. Any exceptions must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
• Duration of the Event: The performance will last a maximum of 2.5 hours. Extensions beyond this time frame must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges.

4. Entry Restrictions

• Access Control: Entry to the event area is strictly prohibited during the performance. This measure is in place to ensure the safety and security of both the performers and the audience.
